CENTENARIAN DIXIE WALKER RECALLS HER TIME AT EMJC FONDLY

Although it has been more than 84 years since she graduated from what was then East Mississippi Junior College, Dixie Walker still recalls her time at the college fondly.

Last July, Dixie Walker celebrated her 103rd birthday. Sitting in her Starkville apartment recently, she reminisced about her time at EMJC and the years that followed.
